 The operations process is a very complex chain of events. From pick-ups to scanning, sorting, customs clearances and deliveries. This organization has to make sure that every link in the operations chain is compliant and each process is accurately completed. These processes will be supported by the best systems, which can be used professionally by well-trained employees anywhere in the world to reduce the number of damaged shipments and any delays in delivery. Within the Express Head Office, the department Operations Excellence maintains divisional data; defines processes, sets policies, procedures and KPI’s; analyses process non-conformity, recommends solutions and ensures continuous improvement of the operations processes. Their key purpose is: Business Continuity & Increase of Service Performance.
In their Operations Excellence department at the TNT Express Head Office are vacancies for students in their final graduation year. Operations Excellence department The Operations Excellence - Processes & Services department maintains divisional data; defines processes, sets policies, procedures and KPI’s; analyses process non-conformity, recommends solutions and ensures continues improvement of the Operations processes. The objective of the Operations Excellence department is to ensure that processes are correctly managed, (re) engineered and that operational non-conformity issues will be addressed, followed-up and that sustainable service improvements are made. |
