You will be the European training “face”; the manager of all trainings (technical, commercial and behavioural) conducted in Europe! |

Your main focus will be to set-up and streamline the training organization and training portfolio of this technical oriented, international organization. Also you will develop new training sessions (mainly on the commercial/behavioural side of the training conducted). You will organize and implement a European training structure and “feeling”: all trainings should be the same throughout Europe. You will work together with the training coordinators in the different locations to achieve this. A big part of your responsibility is also giving the behavioural and commercial training yourself either in the Netherlands or abroad.

Requirements:
• University degree, working level & attitude
• Education and a minimum of 5 years fulltime experience in behavioural and commercial training
• Coming from a commercial background with a technical touch
• Emotional intelligent and empathetic
• Expressive, open & integer personality
• Didactical skills
• Listener and motivator
• Creative and inspiring
• Pro-active team player and networker
• Excellent speaking/writing skills in English & Dutch; German / French or Spanish is a pre
• Skilled and fast with Microsoft Office
• A personal situation where you can travel approximately two or three times a month
• Flexible attitude towards working hours
• Driving licence |
